When and where will Dovi launch?
Harare and Bulawayo are our first cities, with focused delivery areas planned in both. We'll announce launch dates, neighbourhoods and participating partners once everything is ready.
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. Food and grocery ordering is coming soon. Register for launch updates and we'll contact you when there is news about your city.
How does partner approval work?
Creating a profile does not approve your application. Complete the onboarding steps and submit your documents for our team to review. You can follow progress and respond to requested changes in your portal. Approval prepares you for launch; it does not open ordering or guarantee work.
Does it cost anything to apply?
Applying is free. Partner onboarding asks for identity or business documents and payout details so we can review your application. We never ask for a card PIN, wallet PIN or online banking password. Commercial terms are confirmed before you start.
Can I join the list from outside Zimbabwe?
Yes. Use your international phone number and choose Harare or Bulawayo as the city you're interested in. Dovi is being built for people ordering locally and for family back home.
